A Little About Us
We are a licensed childcare home located in Gary, IN near Merrillville. We have been in business for over 2 years, and we are Paths to Quality Level 3. We accept CCDF and participate in the CACFP food program.
Marquita Cox
Owner
Marquita Cox, has been in early childhood for over 20 years. She holds a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education with the recommendation to teach birth to third grade. She also holds a Master Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Reading. She has always had a passion for working with children and families and wants to make an impact on children’s lives.

Philosophy
We feel that it’s crucial to develop the whole child as well as provide support and needed resources to parents. We want to ensure that the best educational practices are not only being implemented at our facility, but at each child’s home as well.
Vision
Our vision is for parents to feel at ease and confident in their choice for choosing our program knowing that their children are safe,and participating in learning experiences that promote social-emotional, physical, cognitive, physical, language, math, and literacy development. We want our children to remember these experiences as they get older and see them as part of their childhood.
